I have been thinking about this sculpture for awhile now and finally starting building it at the beginning of this semester. I did the sketch of it about 6 months ago. Obviously the HUGE crack was not planned for, but I've come to embrace it. I think it really adds to the piece and I'm excited to play around with all its possibilities!
Only a master can take a flawed piece of work and create a masterpiece. Beautiful. I can't wait to see the finished work.
